- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Classic pub decor with a mixture modern and classic pub offerings on the menu. The table service is impeccable, the food was of mixed quality iny experience. The duck was cooked well and had excellent flavours. Unfortunately the steak was lacking. The fat was under cooked and the sinewy layer was untrimmed making the steak difficult to cut. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have always loved the new Sydney. Good beer, good food. What makes it even better is watching one of the guys from behind the bar dealing with a problem.
